“Comfort” double rooms
Our spacious Comfort double rooms boast about 18 m2 of living space for a relaxing holiday in Mölten / Meltina: They feature a shower/WC, corner seating arrangement, flatscreen TV, room safe, and free WLAN. Almost all of our rooms also feature a balcony with a magnificent view.

Check-In/Check-Out:
On the day of your arrival, your room(s) will be available to you starting at 3:00 p.m. On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
Payment:
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by EC card, or by credit card. We accept all currencies. Please make complete payment on the evening prior to your departure by 9:00 p.m. or on the morning of your departure by 8:30 a.m.
Rates:
Our prices are per person and per day for stays of at least three days and include all fees.
Single-occupancy surcharge:
€10–35 per night when a single person stays in a double room. Depending upon availability. Should be reserved in advance.
Surcharges:
Prices can be up to 35% higher, depending upon public holidays and special events.
Resort tax:
A separate local resort tax of €2.30 per person and night is applied to all guests 14 years old and older. This resort tax is not included in the room rates.
Premature departure:
In case of your premature departure, you will nonetheless be charged for your entire stay – or our standard Cancellation Terms and Conditions will be applied.
Room numbers:
Unfortunately, we cannot promise you particular room numbers or floors.
Special nutritional needs:
In the event that you have any special nutritional requirements, allergies, or intolerances or follow any other special nutritional trends, we request that you notify us of this at the time of booking. We will otherwise be unable to accommodate your special requirements. Depending upon the extra effort involved, we may impose surcharges.
House pets:
We charge an extra fee of €12-25 per day (not including food) for dogs.
Forgotten possessions:
Before vacating your room at departure time, please check the room for any possessions that you might have left behind. We cannot be held liable for forgotten items, nor do we have the capacity to have such items forwarded to you.
In the event that, after booking, you have to cancel your room, we will charge you as follows:
- Cancelling more than 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total cost of your booked stay
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total cost of your booked stay
- In the last week before your arrival: 90% of the total cost of your booked stay
